U-Kiss Concert Count Down

Today marks one week until the U-Kiss concert. The only reason I am able to go is because my awesome brother let me borrow money to buy the tickets. So not to sound like I’m mooching off my brother I plan to pay him back. I just graduated from college and I do not have a job yet. I am looking for one. I actually have job interview in a few days. Anyways I have what my brother likes to call “Social anxiety”.

I hate going places by myself. In college I wouldn’t eat if I had to eat by myself. I wouldn’t go to any basketball games unless I had someone to go. I hate shopping by myself. I hated walking across campus by myself but I got over that. But I am also a loner by nature and don’t have many friends. My best friend lives all the way across the states from me. But the funny thing is I am also not a big people person but I’m not antisocial. I get along with people very well. People like me.

This may sound funny but I am 24 years old and I am making my mom go with me to the U-Kiss concert. My mom likes Big Bang and I forced her to listen to my music when I help her in the kitchen. My mom is nonchalant about it. But we made a deal. Since she has to go with me to my concert, I have to go with her to her Celtic Thunder concert. I like Celtic Thunder and my mom knows that. So that will not be a hardship for me. Just one of those mother daughter things I guess.

I have showed my mom music videos of U-Kiss but I will immerse her in all things U-Kiss a day or two before the concert. I know I will enjoy this more then my mom but I went her to enjoy herself at the concert. But to help get my mom get familiar with all the gorgeous men of U-Kiss I have started a playlist on YouTube dedicated to music videos, interviews and anything else U-Kiss related.

This will be my first concert. Not just K-Pop concert but any type of concert and to help memorialize this glories moment in time I would like to buy some merchandise. But I think the merchandise is pricey. I don’t know if all concert merchandise is pricey or if it is because it is K-Pop related. I don’t know. I could always just wait and buy the stuff from eBay. But the countdown to the concert begins.

Because the venue is not to far from Korea town, we might go exploring. We are not too sure yet. So if we do go to K-Town maybe I will post some pictures and stuff. I’ve never been there before so it will be a new experience for me. But I will be posting pictures and stuff about the concert. So excited and cannot wait for the next week to fly by.
